1. Certified Voice Fraud Analyst - (CVFA) - 20 Hrs

Learn all the basics in the protection of telecoms voice revenues from fraud attack. Learn about the security and protection of voice networks, the fundamentals of Fraud Management System operations and a detailed review of interconnect and roaming frauds; How they work, how to detect them and how to prevent them. 

2. Certified Data Security & Fraud Analyst (CDFA) - 20 Hrs

Learn industry best practices in the protection of data networks. Learn the fundamentals of fraud management (Incident and Case Management) and the creation of cyber security controls. Learn the funmentals of hacking (Physical and Logical) as well as standard attack vectors including the security and fraud in the backhaul, wholesale and corporate services domains. 

3. Certified Telecoms Extra-Network Frauds Analyst (CTXA) - 20 Hrs

Learn industry best practices in the protection of data networks. Learn the fundamentals of hacking (Physical and Logical) as well as standard attack vectors including Social Engineering and the breaching of corporate services and backhaul.

Pricing : $5000 for each program - teams of 5 or more

Pricing : $10,000 for all three programs (condensed program)

Focus on the areas most critical to your team. Each program is 20 hours (ten 2-hour sessions of lecture, question/answer, and testing).

2. Identify the Learning Objectives for your team

Decide what you want your team to accomplish as a result of this training. Make sure everyone is clear on the reasons for the training.

3. Choose the times/days most convenient for your team

Indicate the pacing (once a week, 3 times a week), the days and the time of day when you would like the training to be held.

4. We prepare a program (lesson plan, proposal, outline) according to your specifications.

Based on the information you provide, we prepare an outline, a lesson plan, and a preliminary schedule for your program.

5. Final Adjustments, Approval, and Training Begins

After reviewing the premininary training plan, you can make any final adjustments, and then proceed to get approvals.
